📞🇷🇺🇺🇸 Russian President Putin and US President Trump held a 1-hour-long phone call on Tuesday, the Russian side informed.

The two leaders reportedly discussed the results of the visit of US envoys Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff to Kyiv and Moscow on September 5-6.

According to Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov, Putin also communicated to Trump that Russia doesn't have any aggressive plans against Europe. "The myths being spread about the Russian threat serve only as a cover for Europeans to increase their support for Ukraine and their own military spending," it was stated.

Ushakov also said that the Russian president provided "an objective and thorough analysis of what is currently happening during the special military operation, as well as our overall vision for progress on the battlefield and the achievement of the goals and objectives set for the special military operation."
