An explosion at the luxury Balzi Rossi restaurant in central Moscow killed three people and injured 15. The venue had been closed today for a private banquet.

A witness told ASTRA that a general’s birthday was being celebrated inside, with numerous military-plated vehicles and a Rosgvardiya bus parked nearby.

@ColbyBadhwar MBDA Germany is LMTs partner for PAC2 production in DE, and produces rocket motors, warheads and electronics for Meteor, AIM9, RIM and others. Rheinmetall is highly unlikely a realistic partner for PAC3.

Armed security forces have sealed off access to Moscow’s Balzi Rossi restaurant. Seventeen people are reported to be in serious condition in Moscow hospitals.

One version is that an unidentified person brought an unknown object into the restaurant before the explosion.
