French President Emmanuel Macron announced that the French Navy intercepted the Russia-linked shadow fleet tanker Deliver in the Mediterranean Sea near Sicily.

The Cameroon-flagged tanker was sailing from Primorsk, Russia, to Singapore and is suspected of being part of Russia's shadow fleet used to circumvent Western oil sanctions. https://twitter.com/EmmanuelMacron/status/2070078777443410023#m

Several of the brigades I spoke to a few weeks ago mentioned these FPVs as providing an advantage over Russian UAS crews.
