Russian authorities introduce power supply restrictions across Crimea due to Ukrainian attacks on energy infrastructure objects located on the territory of the peninsula.

"This is an emergency measure. It is necessary to prevent overloading the electrical grid and a breakdown in the entire power system," the statement from the Krymenergo energy distributor says.

Fuel supply problems continue to spread across Russia. 53 Russian regions have now introduced at least some form of fuel sales restrictions.

Complete suspension:
•Crimea — civilian fuel sales suspended entirely; fuel only for government services.

Fuel rationing (liters per vehicle):
•Voronezh Oblast (Lukoil) — 30 L gasoline / 60 L diesel (cities); 60 L gasoline / 200 L diesel (highways).
•Saratov Oblast — 30 L gasoline.
•Omsk Oblast — 40 L gasoline / 80 L diesel (cities); 40 L gasoline / 200 L diesel (highways); no canister sales.
•Tyumen Oblast (Gazprom Neft) — 40 L gasoline / 80 L diesel (cities); 40 L gasoline / 200 L diesel (highways).
•Kurgan Oblast — 40 L gasoline / 80 L diesel (cities); 40 L gasoline / 200 L diesel (highways).
•Penza Oblast — 100 L gasoline / 200 L diesel.
•Vologda Oblast (Lukoil) — 30 L gasoline / 60 L diesel.
•Lipetsk Oblast — 30 L gasoline.

French President Emmanuel Macron announced that the French Navy intercepted the Russia-linked shadow fleet tanker Deliver in the Mediterranean Sea near Sicily.

Several of the brigades I spoke to a few weeks ago mentioned these FPVs as providing an advantage over Russian UAS crews.
