The Ukrainian Navy confirmed that its unmanned surface vessel (USV) wandered into the Romanian port of Constanta while performing combat tasks in the Black Sea region.
According to the Ukrainian side, the USV fell of its course due to the work of Russian electronic warfare systems.
The Ukrainians added they have alerted Romanian authorities beforehand to avoid casualties.
