The aftermath of Ukrainian drone strikes on the Palau-flagged CIRCON dry cargo vessel in the Sea of Azov last night.
Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry informed that five Azerbaijani nationals were killed and three others injured in a drone attack on the two vessels (the other being Belize-flagged NATRA) in the Taganrog Bay area of the Azov Sea. The Ukrainian Navy confirmed that its unmanned surface vessel (USV) wandered into the Romanian port of Constanta while performing combat tasks in the Black Sea region.
According to the Ukrainian side, the USV fell of its course due to the work of Russian electronic warfare systems.
The Ukrainians added they have alerted Romanian authorities beforehand to avoid casualties.
