The ironic thing is, Delta isn't even that good. Virazh is Ukraine's most advanced C2 system. It's what the air defense units typically use.
When you see Palantir showing up in Ukraine for meetings, it's not because they have any miracle technology to offer. They want Virazh and other Ukrainian software for themselves.

@JamesRaxz: Yes. The US shouldn't adopt Delta. It's not even Ukraine's best C2 system. Their solutions won't automatically work for the US. There's a lot that can still be learned though, which is the point I think Driscoll was making.

An unexploded warhead from the Russian Kh-101 air-launched cruise missile was found inside an apartment in the settlement of Chabany, Kyiv Oblast, following a large-scale Russian aerial attack on Ukraine this morning.
The UXO was later secured by Ukrainian services.
The Kh-101's warhead weighs 400kg.
Somebody got incredibly lucky today.
