Highlights: A focus on two areas where Russian activity has achieved minor grinding success this year, west of Siversk and at Kostyantynivka.

West of Siversk, Russian forces captured a few villages and are infiltrating through numerous areas. Their flag raises here have been few and far between, and they did just do an AI vid in Pyskunivka, where they pretended to wave a flag, so they certainly are struggling. On the other side of the river, Russian forces still find gaps in Ukrainian lines however and rare flag raises and Russian sights have been seen further than Pryshyb. It's bizarre how we're still at Lyman almost 4 years later, after the counteroffensive.

At Kostyantynivka, the Ukrainian lines are buckling under the constant and unrelenting pressure. The flanks, at Dovha Balka, Illinivka and to the east of the town are littered with bodies, but despite this the grind continues....

Reports about Israeli assassination strike in the southern outskirts of the capital of Lebanon, Beirut, this evening.

The strike reportedly targeted the commander of Hezbollah's Radwan Force, Malek Balut.

The Radwan Force is a special operations unit of Hezbollah.

This is the first known IDF strike in Beirut since early April. It was already confirmed by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
