@timbucklin: The Army is only planning on 5 MRC batteries. The fact that they hadn't secured a FMS customer means that there will be a production break for the ground support equipment. Germany signing a LoA in the last 12 months would have prevented that. The Admin has messed up badly.

Ukrainian strikes with domestic-produced FP-5 Flamingo long-range cruise missiles hit the building of the VNIIR-Progress research and development institute located in the Russian city Cheboksary, Republic of Chuvashia, around 900km ftom the border with Ukraine.
A leading russian developer, manufacturer, and supplier of relay protection and automation systems; automated process control systems (APCS); electronic modules; and electrical and radio-electronic products.
One of its main products is the jamming-resistant "Kometa" navigation modules for Shahed/Geran-type long-range OWA UAVs, as well as cruise and ballistic missiles.
