Often, they literally share the same operatives. Max Blumenthal and Grayzone simultaneously spread 'leftist' Chinese propaganda and 'fascist' Russian propaganda, changing their messaging depending on the intended audience. Likewise, Neville Roy Singham is a Chinese operative who also promotes a 'leftist' version of the Russian line in Europe.

If anything, the Russians are more active than the Chinese, because they have a century's worth of experience in Western subversion, and because they are already in what they regard as a hot war with the West. But, because of Russiagate, they could shoot someone on 5th Ave—metaphorically speaking—and people would still think it was some sort of deep state false flag. China is a 'safer' enemy in that sense, because complaining about them doesn't code as 'lib.'
