🇺🇸🇳🇱 The Netherlands has signed this DCS with Raytheon, with delivery being expedited thanks to the Trump Admin's prioritization of the orders of NATO allies.

This contract, value undisclosed, follows a $529 million DCS order placed last January. At the time, the Dutch expected that Fire Unit to be fully delivered in 2029.

They expect this new Fire Unit to be delivered within "a few years" though. This would mean the first battery will be delivered well ahead of schedule.

The DCS orders of Germany & FMS order of Romania have also been prioritized ahead of countries like Switzerland, which is not an ally. https://twitter.com/ColbyBadhwar/status/2036556109280940291#m

🚨🇰🇼 The Kuwaiti government urges the public to stay at home and avoid leaving unless extremely necessary from 12:00am to 6:00am local on Wednesday.

"This is a precautionary measure taken to ensure everyone's safety," the statement published by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior says.
