Mar 30 Vantor imagery gives us our first high-res look of 2026 at the Northern Fleet submarine piers in Zapadnaya Litsa.
➡️Northeast Piers: 3x Oscar II-class and 1x Yasen-class SSGNs moored across two piers.
➡️Southwest Piers: 1x Yasen-M-class SSGN moored alongside. Notably, there is a floating crane positioned right alongside the hull, appearing to be actively loading something.
➡️Validated the hulls using @qgis length measurements (the original Yasen is roughly 9 meters longer than the modernized M-variant).
This provides us with a baseline for the Russian Northern Fleet's strategic disposition heading into the spring and summer deployment seasons. We now know exactly what is sitting at home..
