And Austria isn't even in NATO. They are constitutionally required to be neutral; something that the United States, among the other Allied powers, insisted on following WW2.

So in reality it's just Spain, and maybe France.

Italy, contrary to falsehoods spread by the media, is not actually restricting US operations.

So why is anyone, including the President of the United States, questioning NATO? US basing agreements aren't even with NATO, they are signed bilaterally with the host country.

The actual problem here is the socialist government in Spain.
