🇺🇦3rd Corps reported thwarting a large attack by🇷🇺1st Tank and 20th Combined Arms Armies on 7 axis across its 150km front.
Reportedly 500 men, 28 AFVs + 100 light vehicles/ATVs/bikes etc were used.

This is one of the ways PURL works. If the US sells defense articles from its stocks for immediate delivery to Ukraine, then the PURL funds would be used to replace those stocks. Nothing is being diverted in that scenario.
