@Putinfails: The test fleet is too small to keep up with all the integration demands and foreign air to air missiles are correctly a low priority. Integration of air to ground munitions are much more important.

US PATRIOT crews are evidently leaving their batteries on automatic engagement mode rather than semiautomatic.
