🇷🇺 The Russian government has submitted a bill to the State Duma proposing to authorize the use of the Russian army to "protect Russian citizens in the event of their arrest, criminal prosecution, or other prosecution by foreign courts."
The authors of the initiative propose establishing that the Russian president would be able to direct units of the Russian Armed Forces to "protect Russian citizens from prosecution by foreign and international courts vested with jurisdiction without Russia's participation."

In November, Lockheed disclosed that there was interest from UAE & KSA in LRDR. IAMD VP Jason Reynolds spoke of LRDR enabling 360 degree engagements. https://twitter.com/ColbyBadhwar/status/2034668045835141322#m
