The 10,000 drones in question, the Merops, is made by US company Perennial Autonomy. Merops was developed with and continues to benefit from significant Ukrainian input, but they aren't coming from Ukraine.
WSJ reported that the Ukrainians will help train US personnel use them. https://twitter.com/steven_pifer/status/2032988477386805453#m

RT @shahpas: 🇫🇷🇶🇦🇦🇪🇺🇦 One of the big problems with procuring many non-American weapons is that non-American production line capacity/volumes are often incomparable with those of analogous American designs. The likely depletion of Emirati and Qatari MICA air-to-air and surface-to-air missile stocks will likely take multiple years to address (simply returning to pre-war stocks, let alone expanding said stocks beyond pre-war levels).
This is one of the problems with procuring the French Rafale fighter aircraft. The American AIM-9 missile, pan-European IRIS-T, British ASRAAM, and the longer-range American AIM-120 are not integrated onto the Rafale, and the French state has a longstanding vested interest in keeping it that way so as to maintain the unique selling proposition of French armaments.
Regarding the Ukrainian angle, a more limited supply of French-built MICA missiles, in terms of both extant missiles and future production, will affect Ukraine's small but expanding Mirage 2000 fleet, which can make use of only so many older R.550 Magic air-to-air missiles.

RT @OSINTua: A video on how an Iranian FPV drone attacks a military base in Iraq reminded me of recent data about Russian losses in this war.
One of the regiments under 8 CAA suffered 725 KIA since the beginning of the year, where 90% where caused by drones, 7% by remote mining (that also made by drones), 2% by artillery, and less than 0.5% by close combat with small arms.
After 4 years in Ukraine, the world is far behind in the real understanding of the transformation of warfare. Developed countries continue thinking that UA and RU are fighting with drones because we are poor and technologically backward (and it's only partly true).
Destroyed Russian KVN drone that was placed for ambush behind the frontline.

There is no other means of effective and long-term protection
