Not true, they each cost ~$14,000 to make, and if the US were to decide to make mass production of several tens of thousands more interceptor drones, then they could possibly be lowered $5,000

That's not enough for a major invasion. But the unit, in theory, would have the skills for a targeted operation on a place like Kharg Island or near the Strait of Hormuz. Also could come in handy for some kind of evacuation in the region.
