Germany 🇩🇪 and a coalition of other countries gathered 35 PAC-3 Patriot interceptors that will be delivered to Ukraine 🇺🇦

They would last Ukraine a couple of weeks to defend 2 cities, like Kyiv and Odesa. Overall, Ukraine received 600 PAC-3 interceptors, or ~20 every month

RT @dim0kq: Very interesting footage from Russians indicating that Ukrainian Forces use laser light beam to fry fiber optic on "waiter" drones.

Quite unexpected turn of the warfare, take notes.

What can 35 PAC-3 interceptors do?

Usually, it takes 1 PAC-3 interceptor, but most of the time, 2 PAC-3s to effectively intercept 1 Russian ballistic missile

Ukraine 🇺🇦 could intercept 15 to 25 Russian ballistic missiles, or up to 2 weeks of Russian ballistic missile production

@lord_chew: Since the US 🇺🇸 does not want to deliver Tomahawks, the only way to deal with Russian ballistic missiles at this time is for Ukraine 🇺🇦 to strike the Votkinsk ballistic missile factory with Flamingo cruise missiles

At a closed-door White House meeting on August 18, 2025, Ukrainian officials offered to provide the US with interceptor drones, but were dismissed by the Trump administration.

"If there's a tactical error or a mistake we made leading up to this [war in Iran], this was it," a U.S. official acknowledged.

A U.S. official who saw the the PowerPoint presentation about interceptor drones shown by the Ukrainians theorized that Ukrainian President Zelensky is seen by some in the Trump administration as too much of a self-promoter of a client state that doesn't command enough respect.

@WarMonitor3: The most inconsistent President in US history. Within 1 week of starting a war, they said the war would last 2 weeks, then 5 weeks, then 3 months, then +6 months

They claimed the goal was to eliminate the regime, then switched it to stop the nuclear threat, now it's negotiations

@FellFister13 @WarMonitor3: It does not look like they have any end goal; militarily, you could keep bombing for the rest of time.

But realistically, politically, there needs to be an end goal. They have been inconsistent about their goals regarding the regime and negotiations. And given the history with this administration, it doesn’t look like they have a plan for anything. For Ukraine, the plan was to end the war; every 2 weeks, they claimed, they would. Now, they’ve given up completely.

They said they wanted to take Greenland, started a whole unnecessary political war with Europe for weeks, and got not even a draft agreement out of it, while damaging relations with our allies. For Venezuela, they took Maduro, and said they wanted the government out and new elections. Within 2 weeks, they forgot about Venezuela completely; no US companies ended up negotiating deals to get oil, and the whole terrible government there remained, implementing the same policies and still doing trafficking. For Iran, the nuclear threat was eliminated, all of Iran's enrichment plants and research centers were destroyed, but they don't state what their end goal is, or what they want from the government or from the people of Iran to end the war.

For the American people, it looks like the US just got into another massive Middle East war, with no clear end goals or stated objectives. That’s been America’s main problem with foreign wars: they get into them or support them, and since there are no clear end goals, the problem either doesn’t get solved, or it wastes a lot more US resources and time than needed. Examples: Several Middle East wars and conflicts since 2000, Ukraine, Vietnam, and the previous examples I listed.
