Russians have «Lancet-3» («Scalpel») that is able to fly up to 100 km. But our army has much better IN system that won’t allow them to use them effectively.

All gatherings, educational activities, and workplaces, except for essential sectors, will remain prohibited.
Earlier today, the Home Front Command extended the restrictions until Wednesday. It is now extending them further.
