Its logistics scheme was designed from the outset with serious violations of the basic principles of industrial and transport safety. Instead of a direct railway connection to the plant, the most hazardous operations involving explosives have been moved outside the production site and placed on civilian infrastructure located dozens of kilometers away.

The air base housed 2 Tu-95MS (Bear-H), 1 Tu-160 (Blackjack), 1 An-124-100 (Condor), 1 Il-76MD (Candid), and 7 Su-34 (Fullback).
Today, one An-124-100 and one Il-76MD arrived at Engels-2 Air Base. Yesterday, two more Il-76MD landed at Engels-2 Air Base.
On February 26, two Tu-160s flew from Belaya Air Base to Engels-2 Air Base on a combat mission and then returned back.
On February 26, one Tu-95MS redeployed from Belaya Air Base to Engels-2 Air Base and later to Olenya Air Base on a combat mission.

🇺🇸 The Navy only has 50 AARGM-ERs (34 AURs & 14 CATMs) on contract for FMS customers, but is currently expecting to deliver at least 657, based on this IMU buy.
Curiously, the IMU is not listed among Long Lead Components to be ordered. This is likely being funded by ECO & DMS cost elements on the AUR Line Item. https://twitter.com/GuyPlopsky/status/2027438201875701846#m
