🇸🇪🇺🇦Today, the Swedish government approved its 21st military aid package for Ukraine worth SEK 12.9 billion (€1.2 billion).
Around €400 million will be allocated for the procurement and transfer of the Tridon Mk2 air defense system.
Another €524 million will support Ukrainian production of long-range missiles and drones.
The remaining more than €280 million will fund grenade launchers from Swedish army stockpiles, as well as the purchase of artillery shells, spare parts, and training for Ukrainian personnel.

An effective counter-drone air defense system is not only what Ukraine urgently needs, but what all of Europe needs as well. The alliance still lacks concrete plans and practical solutions for defending against massive attacks involving thousands and tens of thousands of relatively low-cost, long-range kamikaze drones each month.

Short time ago, 🇺🇸 #USNavy Grumman C-2A Greyhound (RG03/162162/#AE0454) was spotted heading back from Rota Air Base in Spain to its mothership, USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN-78), currently located somewhere near Morroco's western coast.
That means that the USS Gerald R. Ford carrier strike group (CSG) still didn't cross the Strait of Gibraltar.

Keeping the Afghan government in power was not a vital US national security interest. This was obvious when we chose to sabotage our efforts there by invading Iraq. The outcomes of the battles in Afghanistan were important to those of us who fought there but were essentially irrelevant to the lives of average Americans. This was a dangerous development that has had a greater effect on American politics than many want to admit.

‼️BREAKING: Former Prince Andrew, the younger brother of King Charles III of the United Kingdom, has been arrested following publications related to the Jeffrey Epstein case.
According to BBC reports, he was detained on suspicion of misconduct in public office and is currently being held in custody.
The recently released materials include emails suggesting that Andrew shared confidential reports from his time as the UK’s trade envoy with Jeffrey Epstein, as well as a photograph of him with an unidentified woman.
