It would join 4 (!) other E-11As already deployed in Europe/Middle East region.

The object is covered with netting for protection against drone attacks. Didn't help much.

PAC-3 MSE's supply chain includes Europe.
It is true that Ukraine has sought localization of PATRIOT Fire Units and missiles, this was rejected by the Biden Administration.
Countries that have active FMS cases for PATRIOT Fire Units, such as Poland and Romania, named specifically by the article, can continue to negotiate offset agreements with Lockheed Martin and the US Government.
The "refusal" concerns Ukraine, and is a Biden era policy that has not been revised by the Trump Admin.
It's disappointing that the usual suspects continue to decide to amplify misinformation, rather than pause to consider what is actually correct. My DMs are open. @MrMaitra: There were a number of factors, but Russian defenses were too strong. Zaporizhzhia had the best fortifications and the Russian division defending there was fresh and had been reinforced. The main effort brigade faced a 2km long minefield, and took all, or virtually all, of its vehicle losses the first night from attack helicopters.
