On why January put the occupier into a negative manpower balance – and why this is only the minimum task.

So. Occupier balance for January – negative.

For the second time since the start of the invasion, the enemy has suffered greater manpower losses than it mobilized.

22,000 – volume of replenishment of the occupying army in January 2026 (mobilized / contracted).

30,618 enemy personnel – verified result of the Unmanned Systems units of the Defence Forces of Ukraine (not USF only) in January, in terms of destruction.

-8,618 – negative worm balance.

9,381 out of 30,618 – the result of the Birds of the USF Grouping.
Every third worm sung off in January was erased by USF pilots.
This is 22% less than in December, when USF Birds delivered a record 12,037 out of 33,019 total.

Two main reasons for the slowdown:
• weather conditions (endless fogs, snowstorms)
• some reduction in enemy assault activity

No reason for applause – the minimum task is to balance monthly (worms arrived = worms left), gradually scaling up to 50,000 per month.

It should be remembered that the enemy’s 2026 mobilization plan is 400,000+. And they will handle it, regardless of circumstances.

At the same time, in January the Birds pecked:
1,012 enemy pilot launch points and 1,404 pieces of enemy pilot equipment,
2,128 enemy reconnaissance and strike wings,
478 artillery units,
80 tanks,
88 APCs / IFVs,
44 SAM / MLRS units,
27 radars,
1,705 units of logistics vehicles,
and a pile of other military junk – all reflected on the online counter in a total of 27,762 units.

Expenditure by the Grouping:
37,054 FPV drones
1,119 night bombers
1,301 interceptor wings
971 interceptor copters
936 Mavic drones

140,677 combat sorties conducted – on average 4,500 per day, 3 sorties per minute throughout January.
• 303 worms per day on average
• 896 targets per day on average
