Ще питання відкрите для мене - існування НРК на радіокеруванні. Розумію, що все починалось саме з цього, але я не бачу їх доцільності наразі. Можливо, камікі, так. Тож чому не постачати одразу НРК зроблені під старлінк, для запуску яких потрібно буде мінімум додаткових капіталовкладень?
