This aircraft picked up its cargo in Kadena AB, Japan (RODN) on the 31st.
Similar to what we saw last spring, it appears that air defenses are being moved from INDOPACOM to CENTCOM.

Ukrainian soldiers driving a Canadian-made Roshel Senator armored vehicle hit a PTM-3 anti-tank mine while driving along a road near the frontline.
Such mines are known to be dropped on Ukrainian ground lines of communication by the Russians from Shahed/Geran-type long-range OWA-UAVs.

2) Belarus as a hybrid instrument
Belarus is not simply a passive staging ground. Its role is better understood as a calibrated pressure tool—shaping NATO planning, absorbing escalation risk, and expanding Russia’s options without triggering direct confrontation.

In Poland an unknown drone crashed on the grounds of the military base in Przasnysz 70 meters from the weapons warehouse.
According to the polish media: «The unit's on-duty personnel were helpless. They watched it fly and could do nothing.»
The drone fell on January 28 on the premises of the 2nd Radioelectronic Center in Przasnysz. It's suspected that it was a reconnaissance drone, scanning the antenna array.
The facility where the drone crashed is a specialized electronic warfare unit. It monitors radio space in northeastern Poland, including the Suwałki Pass.
