@DeepShort7 @slantchev: Ultimately Ukraine doesn't care who pays for them, they just need the weapons. There has been obligation of FY25 USAI funds under the Trump Admin, and they should do more. Whether they do or don't though, weapons are still being provided.

Two Russian infantrymen broke through the ice while trying to cross the Dnipro River near Kherson. One managed to get out, losing only his weapon, while the other never made it back to the surface.
