One of the temporary Starlink measures is reportedly a speed limit set at 75 km/h. The idea behind this is that enemy UAVs fly at higher speeds, so the restriction is meant to address that problem.

@DeepShort7 @slantchev: Ultimately Ukraine doesn't care who pays for them, they just need the weapons. There has been obligation of FY25 USAI funds under the Trump Admin, and they should do more. Whether they do or don't though, weapons are still being provided.

Two Russian infantrymen broke through the ice while trying to cross the Dnipro River near Kherson. One managed to get out, losing only his weapon, while the other never made it back to the surface.
