On Monday, Russian forces carried out drone strikes on a passenger train in the vicinity of the settlement of Yazykove in Ukraine's Kharkiv Oblast, causing it to engulf in flames.

At least three people have been killed as a result of the attack, per Ukrainian authorities.

The train was travelling through the Chop-Kharkiv-Barvinkove route.

Fourteen European countries have published a joint statement warning Russia that tankers from its so-called “shadow fleet” will no longer be able to operate freely in the Baltic Sea.

The document was signed by Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
