"Heat supply was restored to a further 650 buildings in Kyiv on the night of 22-23 January. As of the morning of 23 January, more than 1,900 apartment blocks in the capital remain without heating.
Klitschko specified that most of the affected buildings are on the city's left (eastern) bank and in the Pecherskyi district. Some apartment blocks in the Holosiivskyi and Solomianskyi districts also remain without heating."
