"Ground electric-powered transport on Kyiv's right bank has been temporarily suspended due to damage from the Russian attack and the resulting strain on the power grid, the city administration said.
The administration added that approximately 500 buildings in the capital remain without heat.
'Utility workers continue to work to deal with the aftermath of Russian attacks,' the authorities said.
'Today's attack has left the capital with an even greater electricity shortage, so severe that even critical infrastructure cannot be fully powered,' said Vitali Klitschko, Head of Kyiv City State Administration."

RT @SR_Planespotter: @VeraMBergen: I believe you guys are almost certainly mistaking a P-8 for N235JF, N235JF does not have a weapons bay or operate in this manner.
N235JF operates as 20k+ ft, P-8s can be up that high and come down at the same time and drop munitions.
N235JF also does not squawk at all.

Sukhrab has reportedly been dismissed again this time from his role as deputy commander of the Russian Navy responsible for coastal and ground forces. His predecessor Mikhail Gudkov was killed in Kursk in July.
