@ukraine_map @WarMonitor3: The Arrow 3 system is made to intercept IRBMs, longer range MRBMs and some ICBMs. Mainly IRBMs like Oreshnik is what Arrow 3 is most effective against. That’s the whole point of the system. If Germany’s Arrow 3 can’t intercept Oreshnik then it’s not fully operational.
