The head of the Ukrainian Presidential Office Kyrylo Budanov says he held a meeting with the leadership of the General Staff and the heads of the country's law enforcement agencies to discuss the issue of corruption in the Ukrainian military recruitment service (ТЦК), as well as the problem with AWOL cases in the army.

"Abuse of official duties and undermining military discipline - are unacceptable. We are studying the issues of these issues and preparing clear and effective solutions," Budanov stated.
