Putting aside the usual stream of self-congratulatory nonsense, there is one point worth isolating.
Just one example among the claimed “8 wars successfully ended.”: The war between Thailand and Cambodia is currently in its most intense phase since it began. This is the reality. Barely months after a smiling photo-op and a so-called “peace deal,” the situation collapsed entirely.
And that, precisely, does not matter to Trump. Thailand no longer matters. Cambodia no longer matters. What happens after the signing ceremony is irrelevant. The objective was never peace. The objective was to interrupt a war briefly, for a week, perhaps, sign a meaningless document, declare victory, and move on with another personal achievement unlocked: «Great Peacemaker».
Whether such peace is sustainable is not a question he asks. What would restrain the aggressor from striking again does not concern him. Whether violence resumes once the cameras are gone...

@Jaredhowe: That’s not additional aid and not military aid. That’s the bare minimum Ukraine needs to be able to use HIMARS, it’s IFVs, and air defenses.
Europe is taking money away from the aid they would’ve spend on their own domestic companies, and buying US military equipment for Ukraine instead.
The total amount of aid has not gone up. Europe has not been able to replace even half the aid that the US has sent. Ukraine lost half its military aid due to US not sending anything for a whole year. It’s like if you are aiding someone, and you stop aiding them entirely, and ask someone else who is already aiding them to flip the bill.
Ukraine has been sent 0 new US tanks, IFVs, and vehicles from the US, and sold/sent 0 ATACMS, 0 air defense system, and 0 artillery systems for the past year.
All the Bradleys Ukraine had, they are mostly destroyed or damaged. There is no longer any replenishment of equipment, that weakens Ukraine overtime. Ukraine gets ammunition (much less than before) for it air defense systems and HIMARS, because of Europe buying it. But US has completely stopped military aid and only profits from selling ammunition. I would love to see Trump start taking a more serious stance on Ukraine by sending aid, and seizing Russian shadow fleet vessels, but apparently he thinks Russia wants Ukraine to succeed and that the war will end soon.
I did not think Trump would stop military aid entirely if he got elected, because of how strong the Republican support was for it, but he has not pledged a single military aid package and it’s reflected on the battlefield for Ukraine and by how much damage Russia has done with air strikes in the past year. Ukraine cannot win the war or make meaningful battlefield advances without US military aid restarting.

@Jaredhowe: That’s true, it was terrible that the US was giving advanced notice to Russia about Ukrainian strikes.

RT @Rebel44CZ: The main Oryx loss lists for the war in Ukraine have been updated so that they are easier to navigate (much less scrolling) - each equipment now has collapsed listing of individual losses, so you can expand the details just for those you are interested in.

Longer footage showing US forces, presumably US Coast Guard's Maritime Security Response Team (MSRT), boarding the M/T SOPHIA crude oil tanker during an operation in the Caribbean Sea.

/2. Russian media report that those killed in the helicopter crash were representatives of the company TATTRANSKOM, one of whom was Ilyas Gimadutdinov, a co-owner of the company. Since the very beginning of the war, the company has been providing support to military personnel by organizing the procurement of necessary equipment and specialized technical systems for the Russian army.
