The US is using training as an excuse not to send Ukraine Tomahawk missiles. The same reason was used for HIMARS, F-16s, Patriot, and Abrams. Time was wasted, and training was started anyway.
I remember when the US wasn’t sending F-16s because training was over a year long; another excuse was that Ukrainian pilots had to be taught English. The US wasted over a year debating how long the training was, and then made the decision to train on F-16s.
What should be done is to start training immediately, rather than delaying it. The longer the delay, the longer it will take before those missiles are used against Russia. I don’t know what’s “brain dead” about that take; maybe ask a question or inquire before going straight to insults.

Зокрема, регулярно здійснюються штурмові спроби, із задіянням значної кількості важкої механізованої техніки – танків, ББМ, БТР. Сьогодні їх було майже 30 одиниць.
Однак холодноярці залишаються вірними собі і у взаємодії із суміжними підрозділами впевнено тримають стрій, методично і професійно відбиваючи спроби противника прорвати оборону. При цьому утилізують десятки одиниць техніки і особового складу.
