Flows of Russian oil to major Indian refiners — a boon for both countries’ economies over the past three years — are expected to fall to near zero after the US imposed sanctions on crude giants Rosneft PJSC and Lukoil PJSC.

👀 Ukraine's HUR MO informed that at least three Russian servicemen from the 247th Guards Air Assault Regiment were killed following an explosion at the checkpoint of their military unit in the city of Stavropol, southern Russia, on October 22, 2025.
What's even more interesting is that the HUR MO said that it was the "result of a successful operation by the HUR MO with the support of the forces of the Caucasus Liberation Movement."
247th Guards Air Assault Regiment is a part of the 7th Guards Air Assault Division, with headquarters in Novorossiysk.

That comes following reports that refiners in India, the largest buyer of seaborne Russian oil, are set to sharply cut their oil imports from Moscow.
