OSINT Confirmed (Oct 2): The sanctioned Russian 'Dark Fleet' tanker 🇧🇯Boracay (IMO: 9332710) — boarded by the French Navy yesterday — is now being guarded by a highly capable 🇫🇷Horizon-Class Air-Defence Destroyer just 1,000m away.

This is a clear move to deter interference from anyone (including Russian Navy vessels transiting near the Bay of Biscay on their way to/from the Mediterranean)

This is a powerful message of sovereignty and enforcement.
