Details are coming out a bit fragmented but both these Oslo-classes were dispatched as targets during September. At least one of them being used as targets for Norwegian, British and Polish NSMs before being sunk.

@WinstonSyme4: When conducting these types of exercises, it is normal to do it so that the target ship remains afloat until it's time to test the most destructive weapon, which usually is a heavyweight torpedo.
