- The United States is considering the deliveries of Tomahawk cruise missiles to NATO for further shipment to Ukraine. The final decision belongs to President Trump.
- What's changed is the reality on the ground, where the Russians are killing a lot of people, they're losing a lot of people, they don't have much to show for... Unfortunately, what we have seen for the last couple of weeks is that the Russians have refused to sit down with any bilateral meetings with the Ukrainians, they've refused to sit down with any trilateral meetings where the president or some other members of the administration could sit down with the Russians and the Ukrainians... the Russians have got to wake up and accept reality here. A lot of people are dying, they don't have a lot to show for. How many more people are they willing to lose? How many more people they are willing to kill for very little, if any gain in the military advantage on the ground here?

@wartracker94: Well I think I've been reading the same thing in relation to Pokrovsk-Myrnohrad and Kupyansk for like a year now.
While there now appears to be some bigger push in Kupyansk, we all remember the August Dobropilla operational breaktrough scare and how it turned out to be, so it's too early to tell.
