Construction of the facility will begin in Spring of 2026 and take about one year. Planned capacity of the plant is within the 5-digit range. The plant itself will handle both blank forging and packing of shells.

That leaves limited diesel exports, aviation fuel, fuel oil, and crude as the only exports available through 2025.
Crude is price-capped at $47.60 in most markets.
Everything is going to plan.

Last night, @usf_army struck several key gas distribution stations in the occupied Luhansk region of Ukraine:
🔥 Shchastia Gas Distribution Station;
🔥 Sievierodonetsk Gas Distribution Station;
🔥 Novopskov Gas Distribution Station.
The strikes were carried out on the night of September 25, 2025, by the 14th USF Regiment (@14reg_army)
