(Reuters) - The attacks have reduced Russian oil refining by almost a fifth on certain days and cut exports from key ports.
Russia is seeing shortages of certain fuel grades such as Ai 92 and Ai 95.
Private petrol stations are suffering the most and are forced to close due to lack of supplies.

RT @The_Lookout_N: Nearly regardless of the level of preparedness, it is close to impossible to prevent all types of drone incidents, around all types of "interesting" installations.
Ranting about "impotent NATO" every time won't prevent all new incidents but I can imagine someone applauding it.
