@RodLayton @StratcomCentre: There’s a big difference between using cluster munitions on civilians and using them on military targets like Ukraine did. They used ATACMS successfully against Russian troop concentrations to take out dozens of helicopters. Cluster munitions are vital for Ukraine’s defense.

Then we have video from the ground, of the damage done to that apartment complex. There’s the photo of the missile below, clearly a Kh-101, and the next photo is from that apartment complex. It’s not my problem you don’t want to believe your own eyes and are in denial of reality. You can’t get any more video or geolocated evidence than this in a war.
