On the night of September 20, Russia launched a massive combined strike against Ukraine, using 619 aerial targets:
•579 Shahed attack drones and decoys;
•8 Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles;
•32 Kh-101 cruise missiles.

⚡️ By 09:00, Ukrainian air defense shot down/suppressed 583 targets:

❗️Both, Saratov and Novokuybyshevsk oil refineries were targeted tonight by the 14th USF Regiment.

Last night, Ukrainian forces intercepted 552 Russian drones.

Of these, 20 were downed by STING anti-Shahed drones developed by @wilendhornets. The “Clear Sky” unit, which defends the skies over Kyiv, reported 50 drones intercepted in one night. This means that at least 12.5% of all drones destroyed were taken down by anti-Shahed interceptors — and that’s only based on data from two sources that shared their results.

The thing that everyone agrees on: Anti-Shahed drones now account for the largest share of Russian drone interceptions, already surpassing the effectiveness of any other single type of air defense.

This is especially striking given that anti-Shahed units are still more or less in their early stages of development: meaningful resources for this direction were only allocated at the start of summer.
