His words follow the remarks of Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov, who yesterday stated that Putin and Trump didn't reach any agreement on the tripartite meeting with Ukrainian President Zelensky or Zelensky-Putin summit.
Despite Trump's administration efforts to bring the two leaders to the table, the prospect of their meeting now appears to be as remote as a few months ago.
