The enemy took another failed attempt to seize Katerynivka in the Toretsk sector, but was detected by fighters of the 5th Battalion, 12th Azov Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine.

This time, five IFVs, each carrying eight troops, tried to break through to the outskirts of Katerynivka and secure positions there. However, the column was spotted in time. One IFV hit a mine on its way to the village and attempted to retreat. Another was struck by an FPV drone and also tried to withdraw. Both were destroyed, and their troops were eliminated.

Three IFVs managed to reach the outskirts of Katerynivka. While dismounting troops, they came under an attack from FPV drones, drones dropping munitions, and artillery fire.
