The Russians decided to "unfreeze" Viktor Yanukovych.
In his recorded statement, the former Ukrainian president, who fled to Russia in February 2014, said that during his presidency, he worked towards bringing Ukraine to the Euroepan Union.
Yanukovych also noted that he was always against Ukraine's entry into NATO, as he understood that it would be a "catastrophe" for Ukraine.

@Maavoimat: Multi-Corps Land Component Command?
Is it time to revive old nomenclature and just call an it Army level command, with a suitable name.
Alternatively go for LANDNORTH, which would be in line with historical designations, or if bold, perhaps go for NORTHAG.

Guess I'm not up to date on the latest doctrine publications so here's the definition from AJP 3.2 B v.2:
"The multi-corps land component command is the echelon of command to command and control multiple corps in a high-intensity joint operations area (JOA), underneath the command of a joint force command (JFC). This echelon of command frees the corps commanders to focus on tactical warfighting while the JFC is concentrating on the operational activities."
However, in this context, Land Forces Northern Europe, would still sound good.
