On August 30, around 06:30 UTC, Russian monitoring resources recorded the movement of drones heading toward Simferopol airport. Later, footage of a fire near the airport appeared online.
According to preliminary data, based on a comparison of images from yesterday, August 30 at 09:02 UTC, and August 22 at 09:07 UTC, a fire is visible in the area where Mi-8 and Mi-24 helicopters were located.

🚁Yesterday, two Russian helicopters — a Mi-8 and a Mi-24 — were destroyed at Simferopol Airport in Crimea.
In the morning of August 30, local residents reported seeing smoke rising from the airport area.
