Unlikely that Ukraine received an additional PATRIOT battery from the Bundeswehr, but the ex-IDF battery, undergoing refurb, had still been due for delivery. I suspect that is the source of this additional battery.

Over 150 Talon interceptors for THAAD
~80 SM-3s
That's in addition to other previous expenditures against Iranian & Houthi ballistic missiles.
The US Army has only received 584 Talons to date.
The Missile Defense Agency has got to substantially increase Talon & SM-3 procurement.
In FY2018 & 2019 during the first Trump Admin over 100 Talons were ordered each year, but this year they are ordering just 25 in the base budget and 12 more via reconciliation funding.
Due to the uncertainty that existed with future appropriations, MDA decided to push deliveries of Lot 13 (FY21) interceptors back to April 2027 from Feb 2025 to ensure there would be no break in production after the conclusion of FMS deliveries to Saudi Arabia.

@NeckPinch @WarMonitor3: Trump has not approved new US 🇺🇸 weapons for Ukraine 🇺🇦 as military aid. The US approved maintenance, which would be paid for 100% by other countries, to maintain existing systems in Ukraine. Trump is not feeding Ukraine with anything; the US has almost entirely abandoned Ukraine in the war, which has allowed Putin to escalate more than he has in the past, bombing Ukraine with hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles daily.
Trump has yet to approve aid, and previous aid from the Biden administration had 30 Patriot PAC-3 MSE missiles remaining to send last month. The Trump Administration stopped aid secretly, then, after getting significant backlash from it, approved 10 PAC-3 missiles, which lasted Ukraine about 15 minutes during an attack later that week.
The Trump Administration has yet to pledge any new military aid, including vehicles, new air defense systems, howitzers, glide bombs, tanks, IFVs, and ATACMS missiles. Trump also prohibits Ukraine from using its own ATACMS missiles at Russian targets because he’s scared it will upset Putin.
He gave Putin 24 hours, then changed it to two weeks, then gave another two weeks, then completely forgot about the war for a month, then said he had a big announcement to make on the war, and the announcement was giving Russia another 50 days to bomb Ukraine as much as they like. Russia disregards this because they know all of Trump’s timelines and threats of action have been BS. Sweden is helping Ukraine more than the US is. Every country in Europe that sends military aid to Ukraine, no matter how small, is aiding Ukraine more than the US has in the past 6 months.
Trump considered sending a US Patriot to Ukraine, but didn’t because it was too expensive. He considered sending $300 million of PDA, but didn’t send anything. He considered sending long-range missiles, but didn’t send any. It’s all words and no actions.
After the US finished sending the aid previously pledged by the Biden Administration, it decided to stop aiding Ukraine instead of pledging more or even the bare minimum. It put all the costs on other countries, while the US made a profit from orders from US companies. Even after the previous aid was pledged, it stopped sending 20,000 laser-guided rocket heads to Ukraine, which would have been helpful for Shahed UAVs.
This is one of the weakest administrations in US history on foreign policy, and even more so on stopping Russia. Putin has fully realized that Trump is all talk and minimal action, and has escalated the war, has no plans of stopping, and is planning to bomb and take as much of Ukraine as he can.
Trump, on the other hand, is focused on covering up the Epstein files in the US because his name is in them, because he was heavily associated with Jeffrey Epstein for decades. He is protecting dozens, if not hundreds, of pedophiles and has a very good chance of being one himself based on his history with sexually assaulting women found guilty of it, and being accused by 30 women of sexually assaulting them. But of course, in Trump's fantasy land, Trump is more perfect than God, and anything bad ever said about him is made up and a hoax.
