Europe has ~30 Patriots, excluding Ukraine, which has 6 to 7 active systems. The US has 48 to 50 Patriots. Outside of the US, Europe, and Ukraine, the rest of the world has 93 Patriots. The whole world has 175 to 180 Patriot batteries.

Ukraine has received 8 Patriot batteries in total, but likely keeps one for spare parts and training. They also lost around one battery due to Russian strikes. Ukraine lost 3 to 5 Patriot launchers and at least one damaged/destroyed Patriot radar. Ukraine would need around 20 Patriot systems to defend against Russian strikes effectively.
