"Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi has announced a ban on the concentration of personnel and military equipment, as well as the placement of soldiers in tent camps at training centers.
Quote: 'I have heard reports on the implementation of measures to protect training centers from enemy air (missile) strikes. My uncompromising demand is to ensure and enhance the safety of personnel at training centres and rear training grounds.
The concentration of troops and military equipment and the accommodation of personnel in tent camps are prohibited!'
Details: Syrskyi stated that new shelters, dugouts and other protective structures are being constructed at training locations. Additional engineering solutions are being implemented to protect Ukrainian soldiers who are preparing, training and recovering there."

💥 Explosion on Russian Shadow Fleet Tanker in the Mediterranean Sea
On June 27, 2025, an explosion occurred in the engine room of the tanker Vilamoura, which is part of Russia’s shadow fleet.
⚡️ The incident took place while the vessel was sailing from the Libyan port of Ez-Zuwaitina, located about 150 kilometers northeast of Libya’s territorial waters.
The tanker was registered under the flag of the Marshall Islands and was carrying at least 1 million barrels of crude oil.
▪️ The Vilamoura has been repeatedly used to transport oil products from ports controlled by the aggressor state, Russia. For example, in April 2025, the tanker was recorded at the terminal of the Ust-Luga port, and in May it was spotted near Novorossiysk.
As of July 1, 2025, the Maltese-flagged firefighting tug Boka Summit is towing the explosion-damaged tanker from Russia’s shadow fleet to the...
